Guidelines for maintaining discipline and academic excellence

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Every student must abide by the rules and regulations of the school. If students are found disrespecting the rules & regulations, strict action will be taken by the school authority. The Principal has final authority on all disciplinary matters.

Daily School Schedule

Time management and daily routine for all students

9:00 AM
School Starts

Classes start promptly at 9:00 AM. Every student must arrive at the school campus by this time. Late arrivals are not tolerated.

9:00-9:15 AM
Morning Assembly

Mandatory morning assembly for all students. Active participation is required. This includes prayer, national anthem, and daily announcements.

9:15 AM-4:00 PM
Regular Classes

Each period is 45 minutes long. Students must attend all classes and cannot leave without prior permission from the authority.

Saturday
Half Day

On Saturday, classes get over after the 4th period. This allows time for co-curricular activities and sports.

General School Rules

Minimum Required

Attendance Policy

Mandatory Attendance: All students of H.S 1st year and 2nd year must attend their classes regularly. Class attendance must be minimum 90%.

Consequences: Failing to attain the required attendance will result in a fine and H.S 2nd year students will not be allowed to fill up forms for writing the H.S final examination.

Co-curricular Activities: Every student must attend every extra co-curricular activity otherwise there will be imposition of a fine of Rs 500/- in each programme.

Strictly Prohibited

Items and behaviors that are not allowed on school premises

Violation of these rules will result in severe disciplinary action
Mobile Phones

Use of mobile phones by students in the school premises is strictly restricted.

Smoking & Tobacco

Smoking, chewing of tobacco and use of any intoxicants in school and hostel campus is strictly prohibited.

Ragging

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in the school and hostel premises.

Substance Abuse

Students must not be addicted to any toxins. If proven, immediate expulsion without further notice.

School Uniform Guidelines

Mandatory dress code for all students

Boys Uniform

Daily Wear:
Light green shirt with black pants and black shoes
Formal Wear:
Formal shirt and trousers with grey necktie bearing school logo
Winter:
Black coat/blazer during winter season
Not Allowed:
Jeans are strictly not allowed in school premises

Girls Uniform

Traditional Wear:
Yellow besor bibar dokhona with light pink color blouse and jwmgra
Footwear:
Black shoes are mandatory for all occasions
Winter:
Black coat/blazer during winter season
Strict Policy:
No other dress will be allowed in school premises

Principal's Authority

All powers of maintenance of discipline and observance of school rules and regulations rest with the Principal of the school.

The Principal's decision shall be final in all matters concerning student discipline, academic policies, and school administration. Appeals may be made through proper channels, but the Principal's judgment on immediate disciplinary actions is conclusive.

Safety & Security

The school is not responsible for any kinds of problems that arise outside the school premises. Students are advised to:

  • Inform parents about their whereabouts
  • Travel in groups when possible
  • Avoid staying out late
  • Report any suspicious activities
Academic Conduct

Students are expected to maintain high academic standards:

  • Complete assignments on time
  • Participate actively in classes
  • Respect teachers and classmates
  • Use library resources properly
  • Avoid academic dishonesty
